Our Approach
We built a unified resource management dashboard with real-time tracking powered by Supabase subscriptions. React Query handled background sync with optimistic updates so dispatchers saw changes instantly. Framer Motion provided fluid drag-and-drop for shift scheduling. The system integrated with existing APIs via a thin BFF layer, preserving backend investments while modernizing the entire frontend experience.
